SINGLE OPERATOR: All quotes and work carried out by one person.
PHYSICAL DISTANCING :
- Communication by phone or email wherever possible.
- If face-to-face discussion with customer is needed, done with 2 metres distancing.
- All practical steps taken to physically separate work area from customer living area (specific arrangements can also be made for customer’s situation).
CLEANING & SANITISING
- Hands sanitised before & after each visit to customer site or supplier premises.
- Equipment and clothing cleaned regularly.
CONTACTLESS ACTIVITY
- Contactless pick-up only from suppliers.
- Customer payment by internet banking only.
CONTACT RECORDS : Record kept of all visits to customers and suppliers.
